Please note, this instructional video uses another tour as an example for how to register so the specifics about insurance and prices you'll see in this video are different from our tour.  But please still watch so you can learn the important steps to follow when registering for our tour as those steps are the same.

• 4 Nights Hotel Accommodations (triple/quad occupancy for students, double occupancy for adults)

• Deluxe Private Motorcoach transportation as per the itinerary

• Organization of 3-4 Performances (tbc)

• Guided Sightseeing Tours of Old Quebec and Montreal

• Paid admission to Montmorency Falls, Huron Wendat Traditional Site, Huron-Wendat Hotel and Museum, the Onhwa’ Lumina, a DJ Dinner Cruise, and Basilique Notre-Dame de Montreal (tbc)

• 4 Breakfasts, 4 Dinners

• 2 Security Guards at the Hotel (7 hours per night)

• One TRC Tour Manager

• All gratuities to bus drivers, tour managers, local guides and group meal waitstaff included

Please note that the Montgomery School District may cancel this trip at any time for safety reasons not limited to, but including an increase in concerns surrounding COVID-19 and that should this happen, the district will not be able to reimburse any lost payments.  Depending upon when this happens in relation to our tour company’s cancellation policy, the cost of the trip may be irrecoverable.  The “cancel for any reason” (CFAR) travel insurance policy may be your only avenue for recuperating some of the funds (75% of your cost) in this event.

LATER IN THIS PROCESS YOU WILL BE ASKED FOR YOUR PREFERENCE IN TRAVEL INSURANCE. PAYMENT FOR OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL INSURANCE IS DUE 11/15/26.

2 Cancel for any Fortuitous Reason for residents of NY. To be eligible for this upgrade and for reimbursement of up to 75% of your insured trip cost, all following requirements must be met: the upgrade must be purchased at or before final payment, at the time of initial plan purchase, and at least 60 days prior to departure. The full trip cost must be insured, and any subsequent arrangements must be insured within 21 days of their purchase date. Cancellation must be reported 48 hours or more prior to departure. The Cancel For Any Reason upgrade is not available if Israel and/or the West Bank are destinations on the traveler’s trip itinerary.
