Welcome to the Tour Page for the Westfield High School Band & Orchestra Tour to Spain, set for March 17-26, 2027!  Directors Chris Vitale, Gabe Batiz, and Craig Stanton are pleased to invite you to come join the adventure.

Please note, this instructional video uses another tour as an example for how to register so the specifics about insurance and prices you'll see in this video are different from our tour.  But please still watch so you can learn the important steps to follow when registering for our tour as those steps are the same.

• 8 nights accommodation in tourist class hotels, in twin/double rooms with private bath

• Westfield Music Staff housed in double/single rooms with private bath

• Roundtrip Airport transfers from Westfield High School to/from Newark and JFK Airports (3 Motorcoaches)

• Deluxe Private Motorcoach Transportation throughout the land portion of the itinerary

• Organization of 3-4 Performances 

• Buffet Breakfast daily and 8 dinners

• Guided sightseeing tours of Valencia, Granada, Toledo, and Madrid

• Paid entrances to the City of Arts and Sciences, the Alhambra, the Mezquita, and the Prado Museum

• Flamenco Show at the hotel in Granada

• Instrument Truck and Driver throughout the land portion of the itinerary

• $19,500 included towards rental and checked instruments (additional rental/checked instrument fees are the responsibility of the group if necessary)

• One TRC Tour Manager per motorcoach throughout the land portion of the itinerary

• All gratuities to bus drivers, tour managers, local guides and group meal waitstaff included

• A Pre-Tour Meeting with TRC Staff to review the itinerary and answer questions

• Prices based on an exchange of US$ 1 = € 0.83 (Euro)

You may consider purchasing coverage that includes the Cancel For Any Reason (Cancel for any fortuitous reason in NY) upgrade. Coverage must be purchased at or before final payment at the time of original plan purchase, and cancellation must be reported 48 hours or more prior to departure to be eligible for up to 75% reimbursement of your insured trip cost if you purchase this upgrade.
