* 4 Nights Hotel Accommodations (triple/quad occupancy for students, double occupancy for adults)

* Instrument Storage Room at the Hotel

* Round Trip Airfare as per the itinerary 

* Deluxe Private Motorcoach Transportation in New Jersey & California as per the itinerary

* 3-Day Park Hopper Ticket to Disneyland and Disney California Adventure

* Disney Imagination Campus Performances for Marching Band and Choir 

* Up to 20 “Crossover” Performers (Students in both Band & Choir)

* Breakfast daily, 1 Group Dinner

* $90 Jassby Card to cover 3 lunches/dinners in the parks

* 1 Round-trip Checked Bag (less than 50 lbs. and 62 linear inches) per person

* One TRC Tour Manager 

* 1 Security Guard at the hotel each night (7 hours per guard)

* Group Travel Videos App & Post-Trip Video

* All gratuities to bus drivers, tour managers, local guides and group meal waitstaff included

* A Pre-Tour Meeting with TRC Staff to review the itinerary and answer questions

* $2,000 towards checked/rented instruments (per group, not per person)

* Gratuities for services of a personal nature, such as room service, laundry services, telephone calls, etc.

You may consider purchasing coverage that includes the Cancel For Any Reason (Cancel for any fortuitous reason in NY) upgrade. Coverage must be purchased at or before final payment at the time of original plan purchase, and cancellation must be reported 48 hours or more prior to departure to be eligible for up to 75% reimbursement of your insured trip cost if you purchase this upgrade.

If you choose to purchase insurance, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the policy, which includes the full coverage term details, including exclusions and limitations, and Travel Protection Plan flyer, which includes important consumer information, plan highlights, and rates.
